Had a very frustrating experience with these guys a couple of weeks ago. There was a misunderstanding, and another miscommunication, and just a bunch of things that led up to a horrible experience. I tried a few different plumbers, and ended up with WORSE experiences. So I read an email from their online guy, that sort of explained things and offered some incentives to make things right. At this point, I was beyond frustrated (had an entire bathroom backed up for more than a week) and was ready to try anything.\r
Made the appt in the morning via email with online Steve, then they called and confirmed (phone Steve,) The tech arrived exactly when he said he would, was a pleasure to be around, and had my problem fixed in minutes, at a heavily discounted rate.\r

I will definitely call these guys again, and would recommend them to anyone I know. Even after all the trouble.
