Bad, bad, bad....I hired these guys based on some positive reviews I read here. I should have paid attention to the bad reviews instead.\r
Should have been an easy move for pros... but not! 5 big things, and a dozen boxes.\r
While one of the movers ( the young one) was nice and helpful, they were in over their heads. Late 3 hours (couldn't hit a 5 hour window, yeah, you heard right, 5 hour window wasn't enough...)\r
The older guy's first words to me: your mattress is going to be dragged all over the ground. WHAT?? My 2500 dollar tempurepedic? He didn't like when I told him I hired pro's, so my mattress would be dragged. It just got worse from there. They showed up dragging a trailer, a big BIG trailer. Impossible to maneuver in an apartment complex parking lot.\r
I gave one guy a tip just because I felt sorry for how hard he had to work to try and make up for the other guy.\r
Anyways, next time, I'll pay more, get professionals to move my stuff. I guess you do get what you pay for. BUYER BEWARE!\r
