I had the same dentist for over 30 years. When I turned 65 and went on Medicare with Scan, my old dentist wouldn't take their insurance. I went to another dentist in Simi before Dr. Zak, there I felt I was just another cow in a herd of cows in line going to slaughter. There was no personality at all in the office. The work they found I needed was very expensive. At Dr. Zaks, there is a lot of personality there. Every one in his office are very nice. They even call you by your name, even after not seeing you for a while (I have trouble doing that). Always asking if everything is OK and will take the time to explain things to you. They also found the same work I needed, but was less expensive. I'm very happy that I found Dr. Zak. I usually don't make recommendations, but I would recommend Dr. Zak. J.W., Simi Valley
