Tell your employees that their weekend plans for cosmic bowling isnt as important as customers. I spent 2 1/2 hours in there for a simple inspection and even had an appointment. The car was done with in the first hour and i waited for another hour and a half on the paper work. The first guy who i asked about it said he was working on it and next thing i know hes leaving. They quoted me for a serpentine belt at 70.99 + 126.00 for labor when i found it my self for 25.00 and a master cylinder at 250.00 + 136.00 for labor i found it new for 65.00-150.00. So you guys are scamming people. The time i was in there i heard 3 other customers very upset w/ the service.
