Very poor customer service. They do shoddy work and don't return phone calls to get anything resolved. We have a one year "warranty" and now that we are just shy of the one year mark (2 weeks remaining) they are not easily contacted. \r

They advertise that the panels can be easily installed and removed based on the time of year. Simply not true. \r

In a phone call with the franchise owner, he used homophobic comments and hung up on me. Not sure how this qualifies as customer service in 2012. \r
