Most, but not all of the office staff was consistently rude. You think with people out of work Rosen could do a better job employing people to represent his business better. The crown did not fit correctly at first and adjustments had to be made. It was evident he was in a hurry. I since moved out of state and have a new dentist. Crowns from what I was told by present dentist have to align smoothly. This crown did not. I was told by my current dentist whom ever did this crown did not do me any favors. I needed to have periodontal surgery and a new crown put in due to the edge of the crown Rosen did caused a deep pocket. This happened within within a year of the original crown.
