I've been here almost 2 months. I have not seen some of the issues written by previous reviewers other than parking is tight. I sprung for a reserved covered spot for $35 a month and feel this is worth it. There are many different apartment building and apartment configurations. I got a great layout with back patio and windows overlooking retaining pond and wooded property edge. Many units do face each other in a center courtyard configuration. If you want more privacy, don't move into one of these.\r
