They are horrible. When the autopay breaks they charge late fees, and argue about it. Double billing is common and they refuse to discuss fixing the system. Ask why they charge hundreds in junk fees and they say it's corporate policy... But when you contact corporate offices they send you back to the local location. \r
If they do things this bad, you have to start wondering how the REIT customers are treated.
