I don't normally review businesses or products, but for a $4,000 purchase, I feel the need to warn others. I did my research online and found many negative reviews for Aamco of Renton. However, I noticed new ownership, and many responses to these negative reviews. It seemed as though they were trying to rid themselves of the bad reputation. This, coupled with their 10 year "warranty", led me to have my transmission rebuilt here (Greg's Japanese had excellent customer service and far better pricing, but wouldn't guarantee their work past 24 months). Don't make the same mistake I did- they have this reputation for a reason, and his name is CHRIS. \r

I saw his name pop up in other reviews, and thought, surely he couldn't have survived multiple changes in ownership if he really was that bad. But right off the bat, he is a dishonest, incompetent, unreliable yes-man. \r
