Save yourself the grief and put your money into somewhere that is going to make you happy. The customer service at Rising Glen is so frustrating; it has broken me down into tears, literally. The office staff is extremely rude and very hostile. The spa 9 times out of 10 looks disgusting; go in at your own risk. Parking is absolutely absurd! I don't know how many times they have changed the parking rules, and not clearly informed residents. I am sorry but leaving a piece of paper on my doorstep is not a valid notification; especially when I never receive them. Makes me feel like a total d-bag telling my guest what I think to be valid only to have them towed. If you want to be able to have guests over, this is not the place for you. Don't let the pictures fool you; magic can be done to any photo. This place is crap and I am counting down the days until my lease is up.
