I agree, nice people, I had a disagreement on a diagnosis charge at first. We discussed the matter a few days later. They brought a technician from the shop and had a constructive conversation with the managers as well; I would say these people are trying hard to please their customers. They explained their side, I laid out mine it's nice to see a shop like that. \r
