Unfortunately some small business owners dont understand the whole Quid pro quo concept. I just happen to know that when you treat people right they in turn treat you the same or are supposed to. As 1 of the best Hardscapers in Indiana I know its Quality over quantity. Unfortunately some think its better to pay less for untrained and less qualified individuals so they can save a dime, but dont realize that the are cutting the quality to get the job done faster. This not only hurts the customer but also the company.
