This is a ""special occasion"" restaurant in a beautiful location and it's been around forever. Often, restaurants like this rest on their laurels, serving the kind of mediocre to bad food you'd expect at a convention banquet at the Sheraton. Not the Greenbriar. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the very fresh oyster appetizer to the salmon to the steak to the cheese plate we ate for desert. The service was exquisite too. We will definitely return!
