Rude, disrespectful and a step down from extortionists. From the receptionist to the company vice president this is the most base, low class, and unprofessional financial institution I've ever done business with. Apparently they believe funding ""high risk "" loans allows them to be nasty and flat out lie to their debtors. \r

I had to hire an attorney to try to deal with them and they were just as nasty to her. The vice president ""Imelda"" even personally insulted her. At this point, my lawyer's fed up and filing a lawsuit.\r
