Treat your employees like human beings and maybe you'll last another year here in Ohio. Anybody thinking of working here let me save you the trouble and the headache. Don't work here it is absolutely horrible and they illegally cut your pay and pay minimum wage instead of what is promised. It is some fly by night company with a bad reputation and people usually last no longer than a month.
