I will never use this appliance service. I encountered the owner in the JB Appliance vehicle in rush hour traffic -- where he was driving 30 in a 40 and veering in and out of his lane. When I pulled up next to him at the light, I found out the reason for his erratic driving. He was TEXTING... in rush hour traffic!! When I confronted him, he opened his seat belt and opened his door -- threatening me and screaming profanities. If this is all he thinks about the rest of us, there is NO way I would let this man in my home. He is a serious hothead and a danger. \r

I also just checked on the BBB website. He is NOT accredited, although his vehicle suggests he is.
