Customer Service over the phone was very nice and very helpful; however, I was put on hold a lot. It seemed like there was only one person answering the phones. The gentleman that came to set the tent up was friendly and efficient. I wish that he would have asked me to come take a look at the bounce house to ensure it was correct before he left. I was in the house and had no idea that he was gone when I went out to look at it and discovered he had put up the wrong one. When I called the 800 number and spoke to Jeff, he was very reassuring that they would make it right and they did. The installer came out and took the first one down and put the right one up in its place before the start of our party.
