The customer service was excellent, as has been our experience with Awesome Bounce in the past. VERONICA at the 800 number was very friendly, professional and a great help in scheduling and coordinating the event.

Hi Barbara, we always require an imprint of the same credit card used when placing the original order. This is required by the issuing bank for cardholder security. We know this isn't always the most convenient, but it sure beats identity theft!
