Wanted to try this restaurant because I pass it often. Ordered a bento combo and what for me is often the signature dish - the pad thai. Got the take out packaged all carefully wrapped, but when I got home discovered the missing pad thai. Unfortunately, it would have been 20 minutes to go back. The phone number printed on the receipt is incorrect. Luckily one of the numbers on the chopstick wrapper is correct. First the phone just rang and rang with no pick up - what kind of restaurant business doesn't pick up the phone? There were two servers there. After several attempts, someone finally answered. I explained the situation, they wanted to take my name just so I could ask for a free dish next time. I don't know when I'm going to stop by there again so I asked them to put a credit on my charge card. They said ok after I asked several times. Waited a half hour, no credit showed online. Called again, they said they were doing the credit right then. It still hasn't showed.\r
