It was our first time ever going to Zia's Italian Grill, and we got there at like 8 in the evening. I don't know if the kitchen was winding down or not, but we bought pasta dishes and waited and waited. No one told us we would have to wait longer, and we eventually asked a waiter who was not our waiter to see what was going on. They told us it would be a few more minutes.
My order was just pasta with red sauce. At home, I can make that in 10 minutes, but at the restaurant it took almost 45, and the food wasn't that great. I told the manager on the way out that we had an unpleasant experience, and he said I should have notified someone earlier. Still, to this day, we won't go back.
