I regret using Renaissance Windows and Doors. First of all, I am upset because they tried to shove a door onto the frame when it clearly did not fit. I regret using them. I received the most abominable service I have ever received from any company. I have already made sure my neighbors know the kind of service this company provided.

We sincerely apologize that you feel we were trying to make you accept a door that wasn't right. It is true that the manufacturer shipped us your door unit with the sidelites narrower than what your order called for. When we discovered this error we wanted to offer you some options. It is very important that we tell our customers what is going on with their projects even when things go wrong and try to offer solutions. In this case, you were given the option to accept the unit with the narrower sidelites at a discounted price, or wait on a new unit to come in with the wider sidelites. We are truly sorry that you felt like we were trying to force you to accept something you didn't want. That was never our intention. We want our customers to love their new doors and windows, not feel like they are settling. We are glad to hear that you are pleased with the final product.
