I was very disappointed to find that even though they give great care they will NOT work with you on the money end even if you are a very old client and have always paid your bill. If you have an emergency and are a long time patient they don't care. They will not help you in real time of need if you cannot pay right then. God forbid you ask to have them hold a check for a couple of days for the sake of the animal they won't do it. I really miss my vet in Magnolia, she would at least work with me for the sake of the animal and doing the right thing, it wasn't about the money.
