These guys know how to turn a property around. Our complex was $85k dollars in debt due to years of poor leadership from our board of directors. We were even being sued by our collection attorney for a $13k unpaid bill. It took a couple of years but they really helped us by advising the board on reducing costs and increasing collections from non paying owners. When the pipes froze last winter they came out at 2:00 in the morning to supervise the repair and cleanup effort. They have always done what they were contracted to do, and more. What a thank less job! I wouldn't do it.
