First of all this owner opened his business at a quiet residential area in Town of Kingston. That means nobody runs business around this area. It is absolutely illegal. When he built the huge building, it's registered as a garage to store his boat but he runs business. I wonder if this is right thing to do. The price is reasonable because of it.
