really rude service both in flowers and in their postal business. Over priced and rude. I recommend you take your business to someone who doesn't act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. The old lady needs to retire or sell! Buyer beware -they are not even Better Business Bureau accredited. IT SHOWS! If you had similar treatment, I suggest you contact the postal service and complain. They don't need to contract with a business that offers rude service and treats people poorly!
