I had already had an abortion when I called Silent Voices looking for someone to talk to. I feel so alone - and so angry with my boyfriend for making me have the abortion. I don't feel like my life is ever going to be the same. The lady at Silent Voices was really nice - she listened to me - and I could tell she really cared about me. I cried the whole time - but it felt good to finally be able to be emotional without someone telling me to ""get over it."" I don't know how I'll EVER ""get over it"" - but the nice lady told me that they'll help me, and that my life will be good again. I believe her.
