The company was very service-oriented up front, but during and after installation, we were not statisfied with the quality/value of the overall system. Attempts for follow-up service were frustrating. We spent a lot of money for several visits and are left with a system that we are definately not satisfied with. RESPONSE FROM 24/7 Audio Video: In regards to this review. Customer provided a DVD player that is not working correctly. If sold by us, this would be under all warranty. We are not responsible for equipment that is faulty if not provided by 24/7 Audio Video. There are options available to fix the issue, such as a new DVD player that customer can provide, or we can provide to install for proper working settings. more
