Rip off alert! I bought 20 balloons from dollar treasure on Joy rd at Beech Daly to surprise my five year old daughter for her Birthday. My plan was to flll her room with the balloons last night while she was sleeping and let her wake up to a room full of balloons. (She is obsessed with ballons) I bought the them at 7:00 last night. By 7:00 am half of them were already on the ground and the remaining half by the time I got home from work. I took them back up to the store with my reciept and they refused to refund my money. Spreading the word so you guys don't have to deal with them the way I did. They just lost my business over $10.00! So stupid!
