Rightway Plumbing will be our first choice each time we are in need of a Plumber! We called John on a Friday night at 6pm in August. We had reported the leak to the Water department in Charlotte 8 days before and daily calls with no response. I searched for a plumber on the internet and called Rightway Plumbing and spoke to John. He answered the phone and came out the next day to look at the leak he was able to make the repair which included a new valve at the street a new water line to the house and updating of some valves and pipes. The city also had to put a new valve on there side. John is very reliable and explains in detail what needs to be done. He is also very conscientious of the cost and thinks through each job. Just this week the water started to leak at the street on the city side again no response. I called Rightway Plumbing and John came out to make the repair on the city side of the valve. I am thankful that we found an honest and reliable plumber and we will use Rightway Plumbing with confidence each time we are in need of a plumber.
