This company has lost my family's business for good. The first experience I had with them, we bought a large sectional living room set. The price on the exact set was lower online and other places, but we wanted it quickly. Upon delivery, they broke the glass out of our front door and claimed there was no way they could not have (we have a back door that they could have easily used). They jammed the couch through our front door and created a 2 foot long scratch in the fabric, and damaged our door frame. We called the store, and they said they were not able to credit us in any way. We asked to talk to the owner, and they called back saying they talked to him and would offer us $25 in store credit and have our door fixed (by their own mystery contractor, that showed up at my house unannounced.) They said they would send someone out to repair the damaged couch. This took weeks, and it did not look right, the fabric on the damaged section is loose. The repairman coated my living room in scraps, wood chips, and left over 10 upholstery staples in my carpet, which was a nightmare as I have small children. As if this weren't bad enough, we stupidly decided to give them another shot when we were looking for an ottoman. We were quickly turned around and directed to the outlet store, and told they have ""budget"" items. Classy. We visited the outlet store on our way to dinner, and found an ottoman we thought would work. We had to drive back up to the north store to pick up a new one instead of the one they had. Upon getting the ottoman home, I opened the packaging to find one of the feet was torn off of the ottoman, a screw was lost inside of it, and IT WAS COVERED IN SAWDUST. This is a microfiber ottoman, so you can imagine how frustrating that was. The frame was palpable and uncomfortable on this piece anyway, so I decided that this was too ridiculous and brought it back to the north store where I had picked it up. I was quickly told by a salesman that they could not accept it there, but they'd be happy to help me with the return at the outlet store. I drove back down to the outlet store, only to be told that they do not accept returns, and there are signs stating such all over the place (we did not see a single one). The salesman told me I could exchange it, but I couldn't find something immediately that would suit our needs, and asked again for a refund so I could come back another day and not have to drag this hulking sawdust-encrusted ottoman around. The salesman was smug and completely unapologetic. When I complained about the wood frame of the ottoman being too uncomfortable, he said that 95% of all ottomans are constructed in exactly the same way. I am not an idiot. He told me the owner will not allow any returns, so I asked to speak with him. He told me he will not give out the number, but I am welcome to call his voicemail at the main store. We left a message for the owner, but not surprisingly, this owner does not seem to get involved in his own business and never called us to discuss our issues. The same rude salesman called me and left a message saying he talked to the owner and they will allow us to do an exchange, which is the same thing he offered before. The furniture they sell is subpar and easy to find at lower prices, their delivery is hazardous, their customer service is a joke, and if they screw anything up, they'll tell you that they've been in business 30 years so they don't care if you don't come back.
