This man will never return your calls. When you try to rent from him, and it is hard to get a hold of him, that should have been our first warning. But my wife loved it, so I keep trying. It took him over 4 months and 3 different contractors to kix my water heater. 2 different contractors to look at my dishwasher, still never fixed it. The house is infested with roaches and waterbugs. We hired three different exterminators, and all of them stated that we would have to leave the house for 2 weeks while they bomb the house. You know where they put a machine out in the lawn and 10"" flex pipes running into the house! Tony refused to fix this. About 2 months after we moved in, my kids were always getting sick. I know that kids will get sick, that is what they do, but this was excessive! One of my friends runs a HVAC company, and he ran some tests on the A/C system. He found MOLD off of the cultures he used! No wander my kids were getting sick!
