Our Realtor was always available by cell phone and email, they were very prompt. It was my first time using a Realtor for this purchase. I previously was unrepresented and I couldn't base this on anything but that. But after the purchase I found it to have been so much easier with a Realtor because they were so helpful in so many ways. They exceeded my expectation and it was a pleasure working with them.
