We bought a couch there less than a year ago. The upholstery is totally coming apart. Tried to have it replaced under the warranty, but we were informed that because we moved the piece of furniture, we voided the warranty. This was through customer service. I called the actual store where I bought it to see if they could do something, and was directed back to customer service. I would never buy from Rooms to Go again, although we have spent thousands of dollars there in the past. Unless you plan to stay in the same house forever, don t buy from RtG if you want your warranty honored. I would not gamble with my money again like this.
