Worst Property Management I have ever dealt with! I was great tenant; clean, paid on time, fixed things on my own, never needy. They kept most of my deposit (I took pictures before I moved in, or else they wouldn't have given any of it back!) Whenever I did need something fixed, they never answered the phone, returned messages, I had to go in...and even then, my landlord wasn't there and no one else could help me. If you must rent from these people, take good pictures of everything, even if you think it's insignificant because they will find a way to blame you for it. Also, go read all the other reviews around the search engines, everyone has the same opinion that these people are just out to make a dirty quick buck. I never go out of my way to write negative reviews, but I had to write one for Metro Management because I am hoping to save someone the unnecessary headaches.
