Very unprofessional! I purchased a $279.95 ""Car Care Plan"" that is serviced by Everett Auto Clinic. I called to make an appointment for a ""Full service oil change"" and the owner Jeff answered my call. When I told him that I have the Car Care Plan he quickly told me to wait while he switched phones. about 2 minutes later he finally picked the phone back up and told me that they were scheduling oil changes for Dec. 18th, today is Nov. 28th, 20 days out seemed pretty extreme. I then asked him why it was so far out, and if they were treating the Care Plan customers differently than other customers. Jeff told me that they are not a ""Service Station"" and that they don't have time to do little oil changes, so asked why they would advertise a Car Care Plan that includes 8 oil changes, he then asked me for my last name and said ""This is Jeff, I am the owner, don't ever bring your vehicle to be serviced here."" and then hung up on me! BUYER BEWARE!!! Very rude and unprofessional!!!
