Need more helpful salespeople. Have been in this place twice and both times took more than 15 minutes for either salesman to get off their cell phone with personal phonecalls to acknowledge me. They are not willing to help unless you are planning on buying a bike that day. If you are just trying to research to figure out which bike you want, this is not the place to go because apparently they aren't helpful until they have cash in hand. Aren't they supposed to try and SELL me the bike? Hype it up, tell me the features, tell my why it's better than the ""Big Four"" sportbikes. Nope, do your own research and don't come in without cash in hand ready to take delivery that day! I will make the drive to Dallas or even Ft. Worth before I would buy from this place!
