I have never been so disgusted by a physician's office in my life. This office is filthy, unorganized and dishonest. I was assigned to this office through TriCare and because it was convenient and I didn't need an appointment, I went. However, each time I go, I get medically unnecessary x-rays and they always push me to get steroid shots and I leave with more prescriptions than I've ever needed for a cold in my life. None of the three doctors I've seen there have actually sat down with me to talk to me about what's wrong, but they come in and push the stupid shot on me instead of listening to what's wrong and trying to actually solve the problem. On top of that, they don't listen and have tried to treat me (two times) for something that I didn't come in for. Then, when I tried to have them transfer a prescription from my old doctor to their office, they wouldn't do it and told me that I would have to get a referral to see a specialist in order to do that; however, previously they told me that would not be the case. I've had it to my ears with this place. I should have changed doctors immediately after my first visit when I noticed how filthy the place was, but hindsight is 20/20. Because I work remotely for a physician group back in my home state, I am very keen on how medicine should work, on billing and exam protocol and on office cleanliness standards and this place does not meet any of the above. I will be calling TriCare to file complaint about this office and I warn other patients to seek treatment elsewhere. I am furious with my treatment and appalled at their standards.
