Sometime around 1997-1998, my husband and I called Fences Unlimited. No problem getting an estimate, permission from historic district, and everything else, but at sometime during the process Emmett Jr. and I had a little tiff about the driveway gate (with the property grade or not) I ended up telling him to do it ""the way he ____ well pleased"" and I turned around and walked into the house. He never spoke to me again and I never saw him again. I presented final payment to his workers, hoping the company would get my check because I never saw Jr. again. Warranty granted, a few years, and I mean only a few years, two of the poles started warping - a guarantee against. I called and his dad said call him. I called again, and got instructions on how to repair it myself.
