I recently purchased a new Lawn Tractor. I was not at all satisfied with the performance of the new unit. The sales person went above-and-beyond by visiting my house to test drive it in my "hilly" and "sloping" yard. After a few adjustments to the weights and changing the rear tires (at no additional cost!) it worked perfectly.
