They were just great. I ordered a carpet from Builders Interiors that they hadn't installed before, and they were really good about getting me samples so I could check the colors beforehand. They had to special-order those for me.
For the installation, they were here when they were supposed to be. I had somebody that wanted to use my old carpet, and they were good about taking the old one out and rolling it up, instead of tearing it in pieces. They were just very accommodating. They did the job over three days, so it was not as overwhelming, and we had the carpets throughout our whole house redone.
