I was hit by an associate of Ken Towery in the parking lot they shared with other businesses. Not only were they in a customers car, but speeding in a parking lot. The associate did not check that I was ok and only the manager would speak to me. The manager admitted fault and said their insurance would take care of it.Both doors of the driver side of my vehicle are smashed in and can not be opened. As a place of business, I heard good things about them. So I trusted them. I contact their insurance to find out that they now deny all fault. If they handle situations like this. I can only imagine what they are like when fixing cars. I am telling all of my friends and family to NEVER go there again.
