DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. Worst experience ever at a dental office. Castle Dental Center is poorly managed, disorganized, the wait time is ridiculous, and the employees are rude, scatter-brained, poorly trained (if trained at all), don't listen or communicate well, and can't think for themselves. Had to spell my first and last name three times for the receptionist, who appeared to be on drugs. Arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early, After filling out exhaustive paperwork, I waited over an hour to get a simple teeth cleaning, even though there was only one other person in the waiting room, and there were three dentists on duty that day. Ended up wasting 1 1/2 hours of my time and leaving without getting my teeth cleaned due to the incompetence of Castle Dental Center's employees, as well as their ridiculous policy concerning mandatory x-rays for everyone who walks in the door.
