Something has changed in the service department. The latest service writers are arrogant and completely uncommitted to customer service. I was a loyal customer for for 12 years and always told of all my experience with the service department as exemplifying customer commitment. A few weeks ago I had the worst treatment in all my life and left wondering what happened. I called and spoke with the assistant service manager and was just given excuses for their behavior. I'm done with them. \r
My advise is take your business elsewhere.
