I decided I needed to get myself in shape asap, I am having surgery soon and I wanted to be in better shape before that. I was a little weary of the program, thinking I wouldn't be able to do it because I'm older than most of the people there. But I joined up and have been doing it for about 3 months now. It has worked out very well. Some of the things I can't do as well because I am older, but they have given me advice for alternative exercises for when that happens. The instructors are tough, and they push you as hard as they can but they are also very understanding. My experience so far has been very enjoyable, at the end of the workout I am always so glad I came. I've lost about 10 pounds so far, and I feel a lot better overall.
