You need to improve your customer experience. Mine was aweful. I work in customer service and I would never let a customer walk away with the experience I have. Word of mouth travels quick and I will be sure to spread my experience with everyone so no one else will have this happen to them. Late, carpets were still dirty when i wiped them with a white towel as were the concrete floors and the owner dismissed the fact that i paid over $500 with the upsells.
