Called them late Friday evening Columbus Day weekend. They called back within 10 minutes. I explained that my refrigerator stopped working and I was supposed to go away first thing the next morning. They came out 2 hours later. Fixed my refrigerator and didn't charge anything extra for the late service call. Very fast, friendly, professional and extremely reasonable priced. Should I ever need another repair I will def call them.
