I recently received a call from Jennifer Miller, Service Manager, that my 2005 Honda Pilot was being recalled for defective wiring in the low beam headlights that could overheat and fail. \r

I brought the car in at 10am and was helped by Jennifer. It was repaired the same day around 1pm as promised. There was no charge because the fix was under warranty. They even washed it for free too! \r

I compliment Jennifer for being proactive in letting me know about the problem even before I was notified by mail - which arrived a few weeks later. Not only did I receive great service, but by Jennifer calling me ahead of time, she reduced the potential hazard by a few weeks. She's awesome!
