We have been contacting this company for a week to see if they can send someone out to look at our sprinklers. Every time they said the technician is not there and will get back to us. (Of course, they never call back) Today, we called again and this rude lady told us - "You have called us multiple times, and we are so busy that we can't send someone out. We are not taking any new customers." (which is completely fine, but you should have told us during the first call and stop wasting each other's time) So frustrating!! Stop wasting time and find another company.
