Rent today is not a good company to rent from. They are un-etheical in their renting ledgers, and they play good cop bad cop to collect on rent. I was blessed enough to have owners who experience the same low class customer service. If you rent from them make sure you obtain a break down of charges and have the person who is taking rent from you sign it and date it...The service was so bad that the owner of the property ended their contract with them

It is true that if you are a late payer, our collection department can be very persistent but they are only doing thier job which is to collect the rent for our client, the owner. And it's your job to pay your rent on time as well. If that happens, you will never hear from our collectors. Easy as that.
