Fitcode is more than a bootcamp...it's a way of life! I started fitcode not knowing if I would be able to hang in the class, but they worked with me! They taught me how to modify each exercise so that I could do it! I have been going there for over 7 month now, and it's noticeable!! I am losing weight and inches!! Shelton, and his staff at fitcode have helped me reach my potential at every class I go to! They are constantly pushing me to get me to the next level, and I love it! I have recently entered their skinny jeans competition. It's a 6 week challenge that helps you lose at least one size. And guess what--it works!! I love my team--they are all such a great support! I have learned new and healthy ways to cook and to eat. And I truly love working out now! I was able to get into my jeans in less than 4 weeks!!
